PURPOSE:To enhance the process capacity of the control unit by sending the circuit fault information also to the remote station in case the carrier circuit fault is detected and then monitoring the faulty carrier circuit group at both the outgoing and incoming stations. CONSTITUTION:Circuit fault detecting device PF1 and PF2 detect the fault of the carrier circuit by the incapability of reception for the specified signal sent from the remote station at both stations A and B. And circuit information sending device PFA1 and PFA2 transmit the signal to inhibit the use of the faulty carrier circuit group to both the self-station and the remote station through the intra-office unit and via the operation of PF1 and PF2. The monitor is given in a fixed cycle to the recovery of the carrier circuit fault and with use of relay PU1 and PU2. Thus, the mutual monitoring is performed for the carrier circuit groups via the exclusive carrier circuit, enhancing the process capability of the control unit. |
