<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling operation by dispensing with high precision thread cutting of connecting operation. CONSTITUTION:Leads 110 are directly welded to end portion of the outer periphery of a primary coil 1, and after inserting them into an insulator 6 and a head cap 7 they are connected to primary terminals 8 and 9 by a bolt 112. In this way, the operation of assembly is simple. In addition, unlike the prior art it is not necessary to precisely cut thread in the outer periphery of the primary coil and also terminals fitted thereon, and also plate springs and precision machined terminals are dispensed with, so that it is possible to reduce the period of manufacturing parts.</p> |
