Connection of strap to flexible wall of container - using collar and strap on opposite sides of container wall gripped by undulating surfaces

The edge of a flexible wall (2) of a container is held locked between a collar (1) and a strap (3). The opposed faces of the collar and strap which bear against the wall of the container grip the wall, at least at two levels. The faces of the collar and strap have undulations which are directed in the same direction so that a convex portion on one surface is opposite a concave surface on the other. The wall is gripped at three levels (a, b, c). A nut (5) is secured to the strap and a screw (4) secures the collar to the strap.
