PURPOSE:A film or sheet having excellent thermal aging resistance and high mechanical strength and elongation, and made of a thermoplastic resin composition prepared by mixing a specific polyester resin and a polyester-imide resin in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective film or sheet is manufactured by the extrusion molding, etc. of a thermoplastic resin composition prepared by mixing (A) 99.5-50 wt% of a polyester resin containing an alkylene terephthalate as a main recurring unit (at least 85 mol% of the acid component is terephthalic acid, and at least 85% of the glycol component is single alkylene glycol unit) with (B) 0.1-50 wt% of a polyester-imide resin containing N-ethylene trimellitate imide as a main recurring unit.
