<p>The simple grip aid for the car wheel has two open hoops hinged in the middle to form a cross to fit over the wheel. The cross is braced by a single diagonal tag bolted into position. It enables a vehicle to be extracted from snow and ice without any complex snowchain fitting. The cross collapses for compact and simple storage. The grip is fitted without having to lift the wheel off the ground, and is only intended to pull vehicles out of difficult ground. It is rapidly removed when the vehicle is clear.</p> |
