The electrical lighting fitting is installed into a celing and has a cup shaped housing and a rotating reflector with a lmap holder. The reflector has a lever (7) which pivots on it and also on the housing (2). The arrangement has gear drive ensuring opposite movements about the pivot points (7a, 7b), and the reflector can be held firmly in any of the swivelled positions. The pivoting point (7a) on the housing is on an arm (6) held so that the pivot rotates relative to the centre of the housing bottom.
