<p>A fiber reinforced composite is produced by blending 15 to 55 wt.% of blast furnace slag, 35 to 65 wt. % of gypsum as calcium sulfate dihydrate, 1 to 10 wt.% as Ca(OH)2 of slaked lime or a precursor of calcium hydroxide and 1 to 10 wt.% of fiber together with water, molding the mixture and curing the molded mixture at 60 to 100 DEG C for at least 4 hours. Molding may be by the Hatschek, the Magriani, the spraying or the extrusions-molding methods.</p> |
