PURPOSE: To reduce current consumption and to realize a high performance circuit by carrying an output current from an input logic means and producing a prompt change in potential crossing a low current circuit corresponding to the change in a high current circuit. CONSTITUTION: When a terminal A is '1', a transistor T1 is turned on, and a voltage divider (R1+R3)/R3 maintains T4 in a conducting state during T3 is in a conducting state. If the terminal A falls '0', T1 is turned off, then T4 is turned off, a current in T7 rises, T2 is saturated, and T3 becomes a low current and into a static state. Then, when the terminal A becomes '1' again, T1 is turned on, the current of R4 rises the potential of the emitter and the base of T2, T3 is turned on, and an output terminal F is pulled down. |
