发明名称 GAS PRESSURE WELDING METHOD FOR MNNAUSTENITIC STEEL REINFORCEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a good node, obtaining the welded joint of titled reinforcement, at the gas pressure welding of Mn-austenitic steel reinforcement, by applying a reducing flame to the joint portion of the reinforcement so as to pressure and contact closely, and by heating and prssuring with temperature and pressure of respectively peculiar range. CONSTITUTION:The faying surfaces of the reinforcement to be welded are confronted and are heated (1080-1180 deg.C) being covered by a reducing flame, and are pressured to contact closely at above 5kg/mm<2>; after that, the joint portion is heated in lateral direction at 1210-1310 deg.C by the reducing flame (acetylene flame), and at the same time, is pressured by 6-15kg/mm<2>; hereby, the node is formed. The size of this node is suitable to be about 1.4-1.8 times of the nominal diameter of the reinforcement to be connected. When the heating temperature is higher than 1310 deg.C, cracking is caused in the node; and when the pressur is lower than 5kg/mm<2>, the specified shrinkage can not be obtained. According to this method, the gas pressure welding of Mn-austenitic steel reinforcement, which is difficult by the conventional method, becomes possible.
