<p>PURPOSE:To prepare nitrogen-containing polysaccharides having excellent antitumor activity, by extracting mycelia obtained by the artificial cultivation of gungi belonging to basidiomycetes genus, Inonotus sp., with an aqueous solvent, and purifying the extract by removing a low molecular weight component having a MW of <= 5000 from the extract.</p> |
