PURPOSE:To take out large-amplitude signals without providing a pulse amplifier by constituting a phase comparator circuit by integrating I<2>L gates and causing the input signal equivalent to the input signal to the 1<2>L gate at the output stage to pass through a normal vertical transistor, which is provided newly, to take out the phase difference output. CONSTITUTION:In the digital-system phase comparator circuit constituted by integrating I<2>L gates G1 to G9 where the inverter dependent upon an opposite-structure vertical transistor provided with the collector layer on the substrate surface and the injector dependent upon a lateral transistor using the emittor base region of the inverter as the base collector region commonly are provided, wired AND among outputs of I<2>L gates G1, G2 and G7 is operated and is made into one output through normal npn vertical Tr Q1, and wired AND among outputs of I<2>L gates G5, G6 and G7 is operated and is caused to pass through vertical Tr Q2 to take out the other output, and outputs of Tr Q1 and Q2 are outputted through filter circuit F. |
