PURPOSE:To constitute a differential amplifier circuit which is operated at a wide input level with a high amplification factor and is made into an IC easily, by combining a differential amplifier circuit and a DC amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION:The source of the first FET Q1 constituting differential amplifier circuit A10 is connected to the source of the second FET Q2 and the drain of the third FET Q3, and furthre, the source of the fourth FET Q4 is connected to the gate of FET Q3, and the source of FET Q3 is connected to the first fixed power source, and the fifth FET Q5 for load is connected between FET Q4 and the fixed power source. The sixth and the seventh FET Q6 and Q7 for load are connected between respective drains of FET Q1 and Q2 and the second fixed power source Vdd, and input signals Vg1 and Vg2 are applied to gates of FET Q1 and Q2 respectively. The drain of output end FET Q2 of circuit A of this constitution is connected to DC amplifier circuit B11 connected to the gate of the nineth FET Q9 which has the drain connected to the source of the eight FET Q8 giving proper potential g8 to the gate. |
