<p>PURPOSE:To increase the strength of a ring coil by inserting a rare inaulator between coil conductors, arranging limiting rings of smaller heat expansion coefficient than the conductors at the outside of the coil body, and heating them to exactly adhere the conductors. CONSTITUTION:A rare insulator 3 is inerted between coil conductors. The insulator 3 is formed by immersing resin with finely porous glass non-woven fabric as base material at both sides of aromatic polyamide paper as three layers. Limiting rings 10 of smaller heat expension coefficient than the conductors 2 are arranged at the coil body 9 and are heated to adhere thereamong. Thus, the conductors are adhered exactly thereamong to increase the mechanical strength and to simplify the production step.</p> |
