PURPOSE:To extremely simplify the setting of data only by specifying the sort of totalization data by totalizing and temporarily storing the data on the basis of a previously defined totalization level and specifying the sort of data to be outputted out of the various stored data to output the data. CONSTITUTION:A commodity category level or the like to be the upper totalization level of an individual commodity sort is defined by a defining means. A totalizing means resorts data in a source data storing means on the basis of the totalization level defined by the defining means, data are totalized in each sort and stored in a totalization data storing means. When the sort of data to be outputted is specified by a specifying means at the time of completing the totalization of the whole data, an extracting means is started and the data of the sort specified by the specifying means out of various data stored in the source data storing means or the totalization data storing means are extracted and outputted from an output means in accordance with the format of a business form or the like. |
