The motor consists of permanent magnets (5) mounted on the periphery of its rotor and having the same polarity. The rotor is located between two permanently magnetic stator poles (N, S). The rotor's axis (3) of rotation is eccentric i.e. is located to one side of the line joining the stator poles. This eccentricity results in forces of repulsion and attraction on the rotor poles inside the stator poles being greater than those on the poles outside. The rotor therefore rotates continuously without requiring any of the poles to be reversed in polarity. |
