Two sets of wheels are mounted on a square tube and are carried by arms which are pivoted to a support so as to be able to adjust to unevenness of the ground. A tube secured to the square can be adjusted vertically and has a support to which a power driven hedge cutter can be fitted. A further tube carries a stabiliser wheel whose height can be adjusted relative to its mounting tube. The support is moved by a handle.
