<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet having a unique design effect, by placing a rubber sheet on the protuberance surface of prepreg put on a base, and by grinding the protuberance pattern surface of the prepreg set hot press. CONSTITUTION:The prepreg 3 with the protuberance patterns 3' are put on the base 5 with the subliner 4 laid between them, and the rubber sheet 1 is placed on the prepreg 3, and, if necessary, with the overlay 2 put between them (the release sheet 6 and the plate 7 are piled on the opposite side of the base 5). The layers thus piled are pressed by hot plates. After the rubber sheet 1 is removed, the surface of the layer 9 of the cured prepreg is ground by sanding, etc. to produce the unique pattern 8 on the surface.</p> |
