Buckle stabilised, externally reinforced bend moment girder - has permanent multi-function formwork and hand-setting interior filling

The flexure girder incorporates buckle-resistant stabilised external surface reinforcements. Use is made of formwork units retained as a permanent element in the bend structure. The configuration of these determines the cross-sectional shape of the element. The interior space is filled with material which subsequently sets hard, with at least pressure-resistant and adhesive rigidity qualities. This takes over the role of buckle stabilisation of the external sheating and effects bonding outside the support areas without involving additional loop shackles. This enables high-quality girders to be produced by simple means, with external sheating performing multiple functions.
