<p>PURPOSE:To prevent extruded tailings from sticking to an extruder die, by injecting a lubricating oil from the periphery of a porous die attached to the peripheny of a core member outlet at a pressure abmost equal to or higher than the internal one of the extruder. CONSTITUTION:The extruding material 10, e.g. an insulating material, is extruded from the channel 17 between the peripheries of the mandrel 1 and mandrel holder 2 and the inner surface of the die 3 and balance ring 3 on the core member 9 running at a given speed in the direction of arrow with the porous die 5 consisting of a porous metal. The lubricating oil 14, e.g. silicone oil or glycerol, is supplied from the metering pump 13, pipeline 12, and injection nozzle 11, to the molding part 18 of the inner surface and tip 19 at a pressure equal to or higher than that of the material 10 to prevent the tailings of the material 10 from sticking to the tip 19 of the die with its releasing effect.</p> |
