摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain two more sets of independent signal groups by independently connecting at least two sets of electrode pairs in a balanced differential type. CONSTITUTION:The output voltages of inner electrodes 6a and 6b have a positive polarity 6a for one side and a negative polarity 6b for the other side through a common rear surface electrode R when the electrodes are viewed from a grounding terminal. On the other hand, an axis by which outer electrodes are divided into two parts is rotated from the axis of the inner electrodes by 90 deg.. The outer electrodes are divided along the X axis. Under the same conditions, one side has a positive polarity 7a, and the other side has a negative polarity 7b. The electrodes 6a and 7a and 6b and 7b constitute balanced differential type electrodes. Therefore, when a heat source is moved to the direction X, the heat source crosses the electrodes 6a and 6b of the inner electrodes, and an output is generated. When the heat source is moved in the direction Y, an output is generated across the outer electrodes 7a and 7b at this time.</p>
