PURPOSE:To enable increasing line pressure and shortening necessary greasing time by forming measuring pump and grease gun separately. CONSTITUTION:When pressure is applied to a grease gun 2 and a measuring pump 1, a spool 6 in the measuring pump 1 is pushed down and a passage between a measuring chamber 7a and a discharge port 17 is opened while a movable sleeve 24 and a spool 26 in the grease gun 2 are pushed out together, thereby a nozzle 38 is pressed toward a chain-nipple E. Stroke motion of the spool 26 is stopped in this case, and a spring 36 is compressed by the continued stroke motion of the spool 24, thereby a pump port 32 and a communicating hole 40 are communicated, consequently a regulated quantity of greasing agent, compressed and stored in the measuring chamber 7a, may be greased to the chain-nipple E through a connecting tube 33 and a passage in the tubular spool 26. |
