摘要 PURPOSE:To set free the selection of the inspection items of a clinic chemical inspection, while elminating the spare of samples and reagents, so that the one or two wave measurements can be slectively freely accmplished with ease, by making such construction that the photometric groups and cell groups can move independently. CONSTITUTION:When inspections of several items for a test piece are subjected to one wave measurement, a cell 4b is filled with blank, and a cell 4c is filled with a sample of one item. When the wavelength at that time is located at the projecting element 3a, this element 3a comes to the position of a cell 4a so that the output of an amplifier 6a upon transmissivity measurement it adjusted to zero. Then, the projecting element 3a comes to the position of a cell 4b so that the absorptivity is adjusted to zero by the amplifier 6a or an operational circuit 7. Then, the element 3a comes to the position of cell 4c to measure the absorptivity or concentration of the sample in the cell. Likewise, the cell 4c is filled with a sample, and the photometric groups are moved for each item to effect the measurements. On the other hand, the two wavelength measurement can be performed. Thus, it is possible to obtain the concentration without any influence from the turbidily in the sample.
