PURPOSE:To make power consumption low and prevent the malfunction dependent upon noise by constituting a circuit b a frequency divider, etc., consisting of complementary circuits and fixing the input of a counter circuit to one logical level in the time other than the receiving and transmission time. CONSTITUTION:The oscillated output of reference frequency oscillator circuit 14 is sent to frequency divider circuit 15 to constitute a counter circuit, and the output of circuit 14 is frequency-converted by frequency-division of frequency divider circuit 18 consisting of complementary circuits, and the output signal is sent to a transmission circuit or a receiving circuit. Here, in case of the power source voltage supply stop time to front ends 1 and 2, logic hold circuit 10 is operated by micro computer 19 to fix the output to one logical level for the purpose of preventing programmable devider 11 from operating due to the noise generated in lines L1 and L2. As a result, power consumption is made low, and the malfunction dependent upon noise is prevented. |
