A distinct three dimensional mask was obtained by fitting a printed picture on to a three dimensional shape surface. The mask picture formed on the surface of the thermoplastic board(3), was put on the mold and vacuumized to adhere the picture on the board by heating. The adhered mask was cooled, and peeled off to give a three dimensional mask.
