Defining one of each consonant of five double consonants as a common operator "Δ", double consonant are directly generated by means of a simple circuit. The input of double consonants are memorized in the flip-flop for a time, vowels and non-doubled consonants make the flip-flop clear through a logic circuit 1. Simultaneously the input of consonants (a, c, f, g, i) make the flip-flop clear through gate 4, and the state of flip-flops (&thgr;,&thgr;') related to the gate 2 and gate 3.
