摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make constant the gain of the entire system and to make the hydraulic screw down device to be stable and highly responsive, by correcting the control gain correspondingly to the difference between the commanded speed and the actual speed, in the gain regulator. CONSTITUTION:The position detector 22 detects the movement of the hydraulic jack 34, and learns the gap S of the rolls 55, 56, and inputs the deviation of this gap S from the commanded value of position S0 to the control signal amplifier 11. The differentiation circuit 15 differentiates the feedback value for the position and obtains the moving speed of the hydraulic jack 34. The difference between the output of the multiplier 13 for the commanded value of speed and the output of the differentiation circuit 15 for the actual speed signal, is operated; this difference is multiplied by the output of the control signal amplifier 11 in the multiplier 13, after being regulated with the gain by the corrective gain regulator 16. The output of this multiplication is converted to a current signal by the servo-amplifier 12, actuates the servo-valve 21, and controls the flow rate and direction of the pressure oil by adjusting the opening of the servo-valve 21, so as to make the roll gap to be the commanded value.</p>
