PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a break at each full wavelength and make possible wavelength-scanning at high speed and applying to wide wavelength region by dividing the full wavelength to a plurality, scanning each of these at an optimum time and continuously reading these out from memory after completion of the scanning of the full wavelength. CONSTITUTION:An analog switch 4 dividedly stores the wavelength regiins of different storage times in a memory 6 in synchronization to a multiplexer 10. A gate pulse generating part 9 for multiplexer sends the pulses having been set at the respectively defferent storage times generated by pulse generating parts 11 thru 13 used for operating the multiplexer 10 subsequently in the shift register of the detector 1. A memory control part 14 writes the signals by cutting the storage time so as to eliminate the break of the wavelength in synchronization to the output signal of a gate pulse generating part 15. A master clock generating part 16 generates the clock of the entire part of the control part. Thereby, the occurrence of the break at each full wavelength may be prevented. |
