PURPOSE:To pull out the input capacity charge of a transistor for output stage strongly to make the operation time high-speed by connecting a diode on the diagonal line of a power amplifier which is constituted by the emitter of a transistor for driver and the base of the transistor for output stage. CONSTITUTION:Diodes 40 and 41 are connected additionally on square diagonal lines which are formed by bases of transistors 25 and 26 for output stage and emitters of transistors 20 and 21 for driver which constitute a power amplifier. By this constitution, the charge of the input capacity of transistors 25 and 26 can be pulled out strongly by transistors 20 and 21 diagonal to each other through no resistance but through diodes 40 and 41 only, and the time delay of the transfer from the conductive period to the non-conductive period of transistors 25 and 26 is shortened considerably. Further, generated switching distortion is reduced considerably. |
