The housing, for embedding flush in a wall or other supporting structure, has holes (13) in cylinders formed on its inside walls. The holes accept the screws that fix the housing's cover. The open ends of the holes are located at front and their rear ends are closed permanently. To prevent plaster or similar entering the holes whilst the housing is being set into the wall, each hole has a cap (15) closing it. The cap is an integral part of the moulded housing and can be easily broken off with an appropriate tool (e.g. pliers) once plastering has finished.
|
