<p>The improved cooking pan, especially frying pan, has a base (1) which incorporates concave (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) and convex (10, 11) parts. The upper surface has a central concave part (4) measuring 35-45 mm in dia., and 1.2-1.7 mm in depth. Three circular rows of concave areas (5) are situated between the central concave area ( ) and the periphery of the base. The radial rows each comprise two circular concave parts (6, 7) 4-5 mm in dia. and 1.0-1.2 mm deep. A circular segment shaped concave part (8) is positioned at the outer end of the row. An equal member of radial second rows (9) are positioned between the two first radial rows. The underneath surface of the pan has convex and concave parts corresponding exactly to the concave and convex parts on the upper surface.</p> |
