Modulating for air conditioning system - has dampers on supply and extract ducts operated together from common control

The unit has a casing with two pipes (20, 22). One of these (20) is connected to the air extract system ducting and the other (22) to the supply air ducting. Each contains a regulating damper (25, 25'). The pipes are arranged alongside each other and the two dampers are mounted on a common shaft (26) which is driven by an electric motor (27) placed between the pipes. The motor is controlled from a room thermostat to vary the air volume and as both volumes are varied together the room pressure balance is not upset.
