PURPOSE:To ensure the small size and wide band for the circulator by composing the matching line with the concentrated constant element and also multi-branching the inductance connected to the junction part via the junction part to the junction part. CONSTITUTION:The matching circuit comprising the concentrated constant element of junction part 2, inductance 10 and 11 plus capacitance 20 and 21 is mounted on one surface of ferrite substance 1, and the earth conductor is coated on the other surface of the substrate. Then magnetic field Hdc is applied to the earth conductor to constitute a circulator. Inductance 10 is multi-branched by the junction part to junction part 2 in order to increase virtually the feeding angle formed by the connection part between the matching line and the junction part. As a result, a wide band is ensured for the circulator. |
