PURPOSE:To ensure the easy isolation between the signal and the transfer pulse for the transversal filter utilizing the charge transfer device (CTD) by setting the area of the electrode corresponding to the small weighting coefficient larger than the logic value and giving correction after drawing out the signal. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 101a, 104a, 107a and so on corresponding to the positive coefficients feature the electrode areas corresponding to the weighting coefficients; while electrodes 213b, 216b, 219b and so on corresponding to the negative coefficients feature the areas of K-times as large as the electrode area corresponding to the weighting coefficients (K>1). The output signals of electrodes 213b, 216b, 219b and so on are divided down to 1/K via resistance voltage divider 3 and then applied to differential amplifier 1. Thus, the desired characteristics can be obtained. |
