<p>PURPOSE:To thrust the tip of a lead material into the groove of a heat sink into one forcibly by making use of a part expanded in its width direction by a calking tool. CONSTITUTION:The collector-electrode-extracting and heat-sink-connecting lead of lead material 4 is formed in a concave shape and its tip is bent at a right angle. This part is inserted into the groove of the heat sink and spread by a calking tool from the reverse of the concave surface to be thrust into the flank of the groove tightly in one. conseuqently, extremely-easy unitization can be realized.</p> |
