PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a stabilized output which does not cause any problem such as an oscillation by enabling a differential amplification state to DC-couple with a linear amplification stage stably. CONSTITUTION:The operational amplifier circuit consists broadly of constant- current supply bias circuit 1, differential amplifier circuit 2, offset compensator circuit 3, threshold-level matching circuit 4, and linear amplifier circuit 5. When both DC voltage levels of inputs in 1 and in 2 become high, those of outputs O1 and O2 of the differential amplification stage decrease, but circuit 3 functions at this time to prevent the variations in output DC voltage level of the differential amplification stage by the offset voltage of the kind. On the other hand, since circuit 4 prevents a difference between input-output characteristics of circuit 5 and the output voltage of the differential amplification stage regardless od DC levels of outputs O1 and O2, the DC voltage of output (out) of the operationsl amplifier is stabilized invariably. In addition, the amplifier parts cinsists of two stages, the differential amplification stage and linear amplification stage, so that oscillations due to phase lagging can be prevented. |
