发明名称 GENERATOR FOR CORPUSCULAR BEAM
摘要 PURPOSE:To fulfill high precision temperature control by using a detection signal from a corpuscular beam detector for the temperature control of a caesium-vapor generating furnace in an atomic-beam device using caesium. CONSTITUTION:In the device consisting of caesium-vapor generating furnace 1, magnets 2 and 6, high-frequency transition part 3, resonance atomic beam detector 7, etc., current-voltage converting amplifier 15 is newly provided at the output side of detector 7, for example for temperature control making constant a resonance output level, this detection output signal is branched and fed back to furnace heater control circuit 12 and the current of furnace heater 11 is controlled by the output, thereby controlling the temperature of furnace 1. Namely, since the temperature control is attained by detecting the variation in the resonance atomic beam generated due to variation in temperature, the sticking of caesium atoms to a thermistor surface made in contact with the furnace wall like thermistor temperature control will not harm the temperature control function.
