<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of valve parts for the simplification of the assembling work by constructing a valve-covering gasket with essentially circular seals faced to each partition wall of compressor chambers and several ribs connecting these seals in one body and using a part of the rib to cover the valve. CONSTITUTION:A valve-covering gasket 100 provided between a valve plate 3R and a housing 4R of a swash plate compressor is made of a thin steel plate 101 with elastic films 102 on both sides, consisting of spaces 109, 110, and 111 faced to a high pressure chamber 5R, a low pressure chamber 6R, and a sub oil chamber 7R in a housing 4R, partition walls 41R and 42R to separate above-written chambers, and circular seals 103-105 faced to an outer frame 43R. Among ribs 106 and 107 to connect these circular seals in one body, the rib 107 is provided with a projected streak 107A to correspond to a discharge valve 21, and works as a valve cover to regulate the opening degree of the valve 21.</p> |
