Fastener for rotating joint in pipework - has housing on pipeline relieving components from displacement forces

The fastener for pivoted connector pipe is used in connecting pipes between two pipelines of which at least one is able to move. The connectors are used e.g. in boiler pipework. The fastener is readily connected and ensures complete relief of the stresses in components between the outside pivoted connections and the connected pipelines while reducing dynamic forces. The housing of a pivoted joint (1, 2) is held directly on the associated pipeline (9, 10). This housing rests on a bracket (12) which in turn is held by clips (13) on the pipes (9). The rigid connection of the outside rotating element with the moving pipe ensures that the forces resulting from displacements are transmitted directly into the pipeline so that the other parts of the connection is fully relieved.
