<p>The working surface for a kitchen consists of two interfitting trays (a, b) which are set in the top of the unit (c). Each tray (a, b) has an orifice (d, h), that in the lower tray (a) being used for mounting a refuse bag (e). The upper hole (h) is shut by a cutting board (1). The lower hole (d) is of larger diameter than that (h) in the top. The upper hole (h) is shaped to form a funnel protruding into the refuse-bag underneath.</p> |
