<p>The two hinges which make up the swivel mechanism are each provided with two metal plates (1, 2) of which one (2) is screwed to the fixed furniture element and the other to the folding furniture element. The non-swivel metal plate (2) is screwed onto the fixed furniture element at one point together with the likewise non-swivel intermediate plate (10) by means of a fastening screw (20) and at another point together with the intermediate plate and one end of a swivel lever (7) by means of a further fastening screw (9). The end of the other swivel lever (6) is screwed onto the intermediate plate so that it can be swivelled by means of a friction swivel bearing (13-18) which is built in at the point of attachment between the swivel lever and the non-swivel metal plate.</p> |
