The thin film circuit is used to balance the negative feedback circuit of a pilot controlled broadband amplifier. The circuit may be formed as an equaliser and includes a film resistor and conductor whose impedance balances the thermistor (22) impedance. The inductance of the metal film resistor (5) and/or the conducting track (52) which meander between the terminals of a heater, equals the thermistor inductance. A wire bridge (23) brings the inductance of the resistor (5) and the track (52) within the inductance tolerance of the thermistor. The desired balance can be achieved by a simple testing unit and it is independent of environmental temperature.
|
