PURPOSE:To effectively select useful non-magnetic metal out of solid waste by employing linear motors and vibration feeder. CONSTITUTION:One or more linear motors 3a, 3b, 3c are mounted on a vibration board of a vibration feeder 5. The linear motors are covered with a trough 4. The vibration feeder 5 is set to give vibration force to the trough 4 from underneath. The linear motors are arranged so that the direction A of their shifting magnetic field is right-angled to the carrying direction B of the vibration feeder. The height of the four corner supporting points of the trough or the vibration board is to be adjustable. With the above structure, the deflection of the linear motors recovers non- magnetic metal during the transportation of waste. The inclination angle of the trough is selected according to the kinds of waste to improve the efficiency of waste selection and the treatment capacity. |
