A binary to analog converter circuit, e.g. for a musical instrument, is integrated in I<2>L form and comprises an array of switching transistor units (T1, T2, T3), each transistor unit comprising a plurality of separate I<2>L transistors (T11, T21, T22, T31, T32, T33, T34) the number of which corresponds to its rank of the transistor unit in the array.
