PURPOSE:To manufacture of high-quality FRP molded article with short molding cycle and improved productivity, by heating nd curing a reinforcing fibrous material impregnated with a resin composition containing a specific epoxy resin and a curing agent, in a pultrusion mold. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing fibrous material is impregnated with a resin composition containing an epoxy resin selected from an alicyclid epoxy resin free of aromatic ring in the molecule, and an epoxy resin having a hydantoin ring, and a boron thifluoride complex as a curing agent. The impregnated fiber is pulled into a pultrsion die, heated at 100-200 deg.C in the die to cure the epoxy resin, and pulled out at a rate of 0.5-3 m/min. EFFECT:An FRP molded article having excellent heat resistance, mechanical properties, arc resistance, tracking resistance, etc. is obtained. |
