PURPOSE:To produce a speaker diaphragm, which is light and highly rigid, by adhering a surface material to at least one side of a frame which is made of a metal fil formed with a number of projections. CONSTITUTION:A metal foil 6 made of aluminum, beryllium or the like is molded to form a frame 5 which is formed with a number of projections having bottomed square shape. Surface materials 8 and 9 are adhered to the both sides of the frame 5 to produce a speaker diaphragm. Incidentally, the surface material may be adhered to only one side. |
