An installation for increasing the brightness differences in combination lights, particularly of blinker and position lights in motor vehicles, in which a first and second light are adapted to be switched on and off separately and are arranged in a common housing or in direct proximity of one another; the first light is thereby adapted to be automatically turned off when the second light is turned on and is again adapted to be again automatically turned on when the second light is turned off.
