PURPOSE:To ensure the perfect protection for the optional information on the main memory from other processes which underwent no normalized procedure by preparing the lock control table, and also to simplify the program as much as possible. CONSTITUTION:The system comprises CPU1, main memory 2, auxiliary memory 21 and main memory control unit 3 respectively. Lock control table 5 of unit 3 is used to check the access right to the information on the main memory, and each entry corresponds to each logic page number PLN42 of associative memory 4 and comprises field 52 to memorize process number PID and lock counting field LC53 to memorize the difference between the lock requesting frequencies and the lock releasing frequencies. Unit 3 also includes input register 6, output register 7, comparator 8 to compare the process numbers, comparator 9 to have comparison to decide whether LC53 is 0, + or -1 adder 10 and address adder 11 each. |
