PURPOSE:To reduce greatly the deterioration of the VSWR characteristics by varying the propagation property with every section. CONSTITUTION:The different cross-sectional shapes to long waveguide 1 in sections l1-l3, that is, the long axes are set to D1-D3 and the short axes to d1-d3 respectively in sections l1-l3. Thus, the different propagation properties can be obtained in l1- l3. In other words, the characteristics due to the difference of the periodic vibrations and the manufacturing conditions can be random electrically for the device at the manufacturing time, thus reducing the deterioration of the VSWR characteristics. |
