PURPOSE:To ensure the steady and accurate variation for the outgoing period at the consumption time of the cell for the man-made heart pace maker or the like by using the internal resistance of the cell for the time constant forming the oscillation period. CONSTITUTION:The transfer gate is formed with P-channel MOS transistor Tr2 and Tr3 plus INV5. The output of INV3 is connected to INV4, and the output of INV4 is connected to the input of the inverter comprising Tr1 and Tr2. The drains of Tr1 and Tr2 are connected via resistance R1; the Tr2 side of R1 is connected to the input of INV3 through resistance 3; and capacitor C1 is connected between the output and the junction of the input of INV3. The output of Tr2 and Tr3 is connected to one end of R2, and the other end of R2 is connected to the minus pole of the cell. Thus, the steady and accurate variation can be secured for the outgoing period at the cell consumption time with a proper ratio secured between internal resistance r and external resistance R2 at the end of the cell. |
