Hoe mounted on front or rear of tractor - has tools carried by supports which swivel with castor wheels

The hoe has a chassis arranged to be attached to the front or the rear of a tractor. It has at least two frames (9) each having a castor wheel(15) and work tools (54). The castor wheels are free to swivel about vertical axes. The tools are carried by a support (50) connected to respective castor wheel and swivel with it. The tools are supported at their rear end by a horizontal bar (53) connected to the support.
